28 November 2023, The formal meeting for members of the NAMLC/Mutual Evaluation Task forces was chaired by His Excellency Bihi Iman Egeh, Minister of Finance and Chairman of the National Anti-Money Laundering Committee (NAMLC)
Priorities and tasks for each responsible authority in accelerating and ensuring the smooth operation of mutual evaluation readiness were the main topics of discussion at the conference.
Participants of the NAMLAC Task Forces were advised to work from institutional and individual levels for the upcoming mutual evaluation. The mutual evaluation Coordinator also presented the key points for the tasks tailored to the FAFT 40 Recommendation and FATF Methodology.
