In accordance with Article 21 (5) of AML/CFT, Act 2016, the FRC can enter a Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) and other agreements with law enforcement agencies, national regulatory authorities and other competent authorities to share information that is necessary for the receiving authority to carry out its responsibilities and tasks.
